(5) We must pay attention to traffic safety, implement the means of transportation required for outing activities, we must contact a reputable, safe and reliable bus, shipping and other transportation company, and choose a safe driving route. Follow the instructions of the person in charge. After boarding the vehicle and the ship, the number of people must be counted to prevent omissions.
(6) Before dispersing free activities, you must specify the assembly time and place, and recognize the vehicle number and ship number you are riding. It is stipulated that activities should be carried out in groups, not alone.
(7) How to deal with the situation of separation:
① Most people rest on the spot at the assembly point. Send out a number of shrewd and capable people. The two will work together to look for them. They must specify a return time before departure. If no one is found, they must return to the assembly point to report.
②Report the case to the local police station in time, or report the situation to the local government agency for assistance. At the same time, report to school leaders through communication tools and take emergency measures.
③Students who are lost, if they cannot walk back to the meeting point, they should look for the station and dock, and return by car and boat by themselves. When you arrive at the school or at home, you must first try to report the situation to the parents or the school so that you can notify the team leader in time to make them feel at ease. If it is getting late and students cannot find the station or dock for a while, they must look for a place to live, such as a village, work unit, office, etc. It is best to go to the police station, army, government agency and other units to report to them, inform the school name, parent unit, and ask the other party to help get in touch with your school or parent unit. When reporting, you should first show your student ID to the other party.
